QORILAZO NOTICIAS:Los productos lácteos son producidos en la moderna planta de derivados lácteos ubicada en la comunidad de Cullahuata, distrito de Velille, provincia de Chumbivilcas.
Una vez más, los quesos SAUVEL de Chumbivilcas fueron reconocidos como uno de los mejores a nivel nacional en la “XVI Festival Nacional del Queso en la Capital Ganadera del Perú”, evento organizado por la Municipalidad Provincial de Melgar en la región Puno, donde participaron productores de diferentes regiones del país.
En dicho festival, la Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios “Mi Cullahuata” (APAMIC) del distrito de Velille, ocupo el primer lugar a nivel nacional con sus quesos Sauvel, en la variedad de queso TILSIT, el cual es producido en su moderna planta de derivados lácteos.
En la actualidad los productos SAUVEL cuentan con altos estándares de calidad, con registros sanitarios y Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM), los cuales son reconocidos a nivel nacional por los distintos mercados exigentes del país.
La planta de lácteos construida e implementada bajo el modelo multi-actor donde participaron: Ministerio de Agricultura, a través de Agroideas; el Gobierno Regional de Cusco; la Municipalidad Distrital de Velille; la Universidad Nacional San Antonio Abad del Cusco, la Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios “Mi Cullahuata” (APAMIC) y la empresa minera Hudbay Perú.
Cabe resaltar, que la moderna planta tiene capacidad para procesar 4 mil litros de leche al día y está proyectada para alcanzar los 12 mil litros. Además, cuenta con modernos equipos para la elaboración de productos de alta calidad, beneficiando a las comunidades y generando desarrollo sostenible de Chumbivilcas.
