Qorilazo Noticias: La Presidencia de Consejo de Ministros (PCM) derogó la norma que establecía una mesa de diálogo para resolver las demandas vinculadas al Corredor Vial Sur, en Chumbivilcas,y en el marco de las protestas contra Minera Las Bambas, de MMG.
Se trata de la Resolución de Secretaría de Gestión Social y Diálogo Nº 003-2022-PCM/SGSD, de fecha 7 de marzo de 2022, que fue derogada mediante la Resolución de Secretaría de Gestión Social y Diálogo Nº 007-2022-PCM/SGSD, publicada hoy en el diario oficial El Peruano.
De acuerdo a la norma, las comunidades campesinas Sayhua, Tahuay, Ccapacmarca y Huascabamba del distrito de Ccapacmarca, expresaron su disconformidad con la resolución.
Ellos solicitaron a la PCM que emitan una norma de mayor jerarquía, como una resolución ministerial y no una resolución de secretaría. Además, pidieron que se recoja en sus considerandos los acuerdos considerados en la reunión de estas comunidades con el titular de la PCM.
La mesa de diálogo tiene como objetivo implementar los acuerdos arribados el 13 de febrero del 2022 entre el Poder Ejecutivo, Empresa Minera Las Bambas y las comunidades campesinas de Sayhua, Tahuay, Ccapacmarca y Huascabamba vinculadas al Corredor Vial Sur en el distrito de Ccapacmarca, de la provincia de Chumbivilcas, departamento de Cusco.
