Qorilazo Noticias: La construcción de esta nueva infraestructura forma parte del proyecto de compra de tractores agrícolas que se realizó en el 2019, en el marco del Convenio de Cooperación Específico que mantiene Hudbay Perú con el distrito de Velille.
Como parte de las actividades de celebración por el 182 aniversario del del distrito de Velille, las autoridades junto la empresa minera Hudbay Perú inauguraron un moderno garaje para las 21 maquinarias agrícolas de la municipalidad. Esta nueva infraestructura permitirá conservar las maquinarias y sus accesorios protegiendolos de las condiciones climatológicas de la zona.
Para la construcción del garaje la minera desembolsó más de 96 mil soles, que sirvieron para adquirir materiales de construcción como fierros, tejas andinas, cemento, entre otros, mientras que la municipalidad de Velille se encargó de su construcción, generando empleo local y aportando a la reactivación económica.
La empresa minera Hudbay Perú siempre ha trabajado de la mano con las autoridades para potenciar la actividad agropecuaria, es así que mediante el convenio de cooperación con el distrito de Velille, a la fecha entregó 14 tractores agrícolas equipadas beneficiando directamente a 7919 pobladores de las comunidades de Ayacasi, Ccollana, Tutuma, Urasana, Merquez, Alccavictoria, Casa Blanca y Cullahuata.
De esta manera, la empresa sigue demostrando el compromiso que mantiene con el distrito para impulsar el desarrollo agrícola en beneficio de toda la población velillina.
