Qorilazo Noticias: Para proteger de la radiación solar y darles comodidad a los estudiantes
de la Institución Educativa 56377 Chilloroya, ubicado en la comunidad del mismo nombre, la
minera Hudbay Perú entregó una infraestructura metálica con malla raschel y tribunas.
La iniciativa consiste en la construcción de 2 tribunas de concreto simple, 10 pedestales de
concreto armado, 10 columnas metálicas, 2 techos de protección con cobertura de calamina, la
instalación de una malla raschel retraible e instalaciones eléctricas y mecánicas, entre otros
componentes.
La directora de la institución educativa, Nohemí Lozano, resaltó el trabajo conjunto entre la
empresa minera y la población: ¨Agradezco el apoyo de la empresa Hudbay y de la junta directiva
comunal que siempre están apostando por la educación en beneficio de los estudiantes¨.
Por su parte, el representante de Hudbay Perú, Jorge Bringas, señaló que la empresa continuará
trabajando por el desarrollo sostenible de la población, a través de la realización de proyectos en
educación, salud, medio ambiente, desarrollo agropecuario y económico, e infraestructura.
Este proyecto fue financiado por Hudbay Perú, como parte de la inversión social en la comunidad
de Chilloroya, el cual contó con un presupuesto de más de 277 mil soles, y permitirá reducir la
exposición de los rayos solares a los escolares y evitar mayores daños en su salud.
A través de esta iniciativa, Hudbay Perú muestra su compromiso con el desarrollo sostenible de
las comunidades cercanas a su operación
