Qorilazo Noticias: Veinticuatro jóvenes egresados de distintas carreras profesionales y líderes de la provincia de Chumbivilcas, región Cusco, participaron del “Décimo Taller de Réplica Minera: Livitaca (Cusco) 2022”, donde se capacitaron en temas de gestión social y ambiental de proyectos mineros.
PUBLICIDADLa actividad fue organizada por el expasante Ronel Espinoza Olivares y contó con el respaldo del Programa de Integración Minera (PIM) como iniciativa de la Dirección General de Promoción y Sostenibilidad Minera del Ministerio de Energía y Minas (Minem).
El taller, realizado en la institución educativa N° 56266” de Livitaca, tuvo como propósito replicar todo lo aprendido por los participantes de talleres y programas organizados por el Minem, entre los miembros de sus comunidades. Los expasantes, al concluir su preparación, asumieron el compromiso de difundir los alcances y beneficios de la minería en las zonas de influencia de los proyectos mineros.
Durante el taller de réplica, los participantes conocieron sobre los aportes económicos y el impacto social de los proyectos mineros que se ejecutan en el país, así como de los contratos mineros de la pequeña minería y artesanal, normas legales, además sobre gestión social y ambiental de los proyectos mineros.
También fueron instruidos para fortalecer sus habilidades y se les brindó sesiones de desarrollo personal y liderazgo. Especialistas del Minem fueron los encargados de desarrollar cada sesión y absolver las dudas de los participantes.
“Agradezco al Programa de Integración Minera del Ministerio de Energía y Minas el haber accedido a esta réplica minera y estoy seguro que será de mucho provecho para los jóvenes de nuestra comunidad”, manifestó el organizador del evento, Ronel Espinoza, en la inauguración de la actividad donde estuvieron presentes los integrantes del PIM.
El Minem precisó que la Dirección de Sostenibilidad y Articulación Minera implementa los Talleres de Réplica Minera como compromiso que asumen los participantes de los diversos talleres que desarrolla el PIM, con el objetivo de transmitir y compartir lo aprendido con los miembros de su comunidad.
Por último, indicó que el PIM implementa, además, pasantías mineras, talleres de integración minera y desarrollo sostenible, programa Mujeres Mágicas, talleres informativos y de capacitación, dirigido a otros grupos poblacionales como líderes, lideresas y autoridades de localidades, estudiantes y egresados de nivel superior y población en general de zonas de influencia minera. De esa manera, se promueven espacios informativos y de difusión sobre temas relacionados al subsector minería que contribuya al cierre de la brecha informativa en el país.
