QORILAZO NOTICIAS: Rolando Solís y su pueblo continúan su lucha para que éste se asuma como alcalde de las provincias de Chumbivilcas en el Cusco.
Este miércoles, luego de un viaje terrestre de 32 horas, el burgomaestre a quien no le entregan sus credenciales, realizó un plantón pacífico frente a la sede del Tribunal Constitucional, ente que ha programado la vista de la causa y debe hacerle justicia, ordenando al Jurado Nacional de Elecciones la entrega de credenciales.
Una delegación conformada por los representantes de los frentes sociales y de lucha de Chumbivilcas realizaron dicho plantón con las medidas de bioseguridad y distanciamiento social frente a la sede del Tribunal Constitucional.
El alcalde electo de la Municipalidad de Chumbivilcas (Cuzco), Rolando Solís Castilla, está a la espera de que el Tribunal Constitucional le haga justicia ordenando al JNE la entrega de sus credenciales y poder asumir el cargo de alcalde para el cual ha sido elegido.
El abogado Alberto Borea volvió a solicitar en setiembre último al TC la vista de la causa, la cual debe priorizarse por tratarse de un amparo electoral que debe tener un trámite preferente, rápido y sencillo que permita la protección efectiva del Principio Democrático que fundamenta el Estado y los Derechos Políticos tanto del candidato como del pueblo que eligió a Solís Castilla como su alcalde en el marco de unas Elecciones Democráticas.
“Nuestra presencia es el reclamo para que el Tribunal Constitucional vea nuestra acción de amparo que ha sido fundado en primera instancia y en segunda instancia. Somos del Perú profundo y merecemos respeto igual que todos los peruanos”, dijo.
“Desde el 2018 no resuelven este tema. Nosotros ganamos la alcaldía de Chumbivilcas. Esperamos que los magistrados del Tribunal Constitucional resuelvan de una vez mi reposición. El pueblo nos exige a nosotros, la ONPE ha publicado y reconocido nuestro triunfo”, agregó.
“Que las autoridades no se olviden de Chumbivilcas. Hemos viajado con una delegación más de 32 horas. No hemos almorzado, ni desayunado, estamos en un plantón pacífico con nuestra gente porque queremos que se haga justicia con nuestra causa de acción de amparo”, finalizó diciendo.
